Croquet New Zealand (CNZ) today announces that Graeme Roberts has stepped down as Chair of the CNZ Board effective 30 March 2026 with Ivan Smith taking over as Chair of the CNZ Board. As announced on 5 December 2025 Graeme was appointed to the Board and elected to the role of Chair in order to provide continuity and provide other board members to familiarise themselves with the organisation and before one of them takes over as Chair.
Graeme will remain a Board Member until the CNZ Annual General Meeting.
The Board of CNZ and the Chief Executive would like to thank Graeme for his service, commitment and dedication to CNZ, and would like to congratulate Ivan and are looking forward to working with him through the next phase of CNZ’s evolution.
