CNZ Inclusion Officer Role

Croquet New Zealand is excited to be looking for a passionate person to join Croquet New Zealand on a 2-year fixed term basis as our new Inclusion Officer.

About the Role
The Inclusion Officer is a newly created role which will support CNZ’s vision of croquet being a sport for everyone. This role will help develop opportunities for all New Zealanders to try, and enjoy croquet. The Inclusion Officer will be responsible for developing programmes which introduce participants with disabilities to croquet and maximise their enjoyment. They will also be responsible for building club capability to ensure croquet is accessible for everyone.

About you
Croquet New Zealand is looking for a passionate individual who is driven by the opportunity to provide participants with disabilities opportunities to experience and enjoy the sport of croquet.
In addition to being passionate about sport, the successful candidate will have;

  • General play, active recreation and sport sector knowledge and/or experience.
  • A track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse group of people.

Term
The successful candidate will be employed on a Fixed-Term basis for two (2) years.

Location
The candidate will preferably be based in Wellington. However, all applicants are welcome.
