Closing date: Wednesday 2nd October 2024 Entries may be limited due to the number of lawns available. When this occurs, entries received prior to the allocation date will be accepted with priority being given to the highest ranked players registered. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt between allocation date and entries closing for any available places. |
| Entry Fee | Open singles: $50 |
| Club House | A clubhouse fee of $5 per day, will be paid by all competing players to the host club (includes tea, coffee and refreshments). |

Conditions
- The method of play will be determined once entries have been received. This decision, to be approved by the CNZ Tournament Committee, will be based on a seeded draw, followed by a knockout and providing a full Tournament’s play for competitors. Players will be notified at the start of the tournament which method of play is being used.
- All players with a New Zealand handicap of 3 or higher, at the beginning of the tournament, will be automatically considered for the 3+ Medal. The Medal will be awarded to the player with the highest placing. If a 3+ player is also the winner of the tournament then she is eligible to be awarded the 3+ Medal.
- Nominal hoop dimensions will be set to the largest ball plus 1/16th” with an upwards and downwards tolerance of 1/32nd“.
- Games may be double banked.
- Quadway hoops will be used.
