Entries Allocation date:       Tuesday 10th November 2026
Closing date:             Friday 17th December 2026 Entries may be limited due to the number of lawns available. When this occurs, entries received prior to the allocation date will be accepted with priority being given to the highest ranked players registered.
Entries will be accepted in order of receipt between allocation date and entries closing for any available places. Register online here.
Entry Fees Singles: $120. Doubles: $40 per player.
Club House The daily player Club House fee that is paid to the host venue has been included in the entry fee. There will be no refund if the player leaves early.

  2. 3+ Trophy: Awarded to the highest-finishing player who started the tournament with a New Zealand handicap of 3 or higher

Conditions

  1. Refer to Tournament Regulations Appendix 5 for Tier 1 playing conditions & hoop dimensions.
  2. Refer to Tournament Regulations Appendix 1 (b) for seeding processes and method of playing the event.
  3. As many entries will be accepted as possible but entries may be limited to ensure a workable format or if the number of players per available lawn is exceeded.
  4. The method of play, to be approved by the CNZ Tournament Committee, will be decided after entries have been received. This decision will be based on a seeded draw with a seeded knockout used for part of the event. Players will be notified at the start of the tournament which method of play is being used.
  5. Tournament will commence with doubles on the first two days.
  6. Singles will be played on the last four days.
  7. Players Choice method of seeding will be used to seed the singles knockout so long as there are at least 16 players in the knockout.
  8. Players are required to be available to play until sunset on every day of the tournament.
