The newly elected Board of CNZ (New Board) met with the Transition Board on 4 December. As previously advised the New Board comprises five elected board members and one appointed member, with one vacancy for Electoral District Central.
The New Board agreed to fill this vacancy per the constitution and asked Graeme Roberts to become the representative for Electoral District Central. Graeme Roberts has kindly accepted and was appointed to the Board but only until the end of the 2026 AGM at the latest.
Following his appointment Graeme Roberts was elected as Chair of the New Board to provide continuity for the next few months and give the new board members time to familiarise themselves with the organisation and before one of them takes over as Chair.
