| Entry Fees | $75 for the final. Clubs and Association may charge an entry fee for club and association lead-up events. |
| Club House | Any clubhouse fee, up to $5 per day, will be charged to all competing players only for the days present. |

- All matches will be Advantage Play singles games played without time limits. Double banking may be necessary.
- Associations are responsible for submitting the entry and paying the entry fee.
- Method of play, to be approved by the CNZ Tournament Committee, will be decided after entries have been received.
- Refer to Tournament Regulations Appendix 5 for Tier 2 playing conditions & hoop dimensions.
