| Entry Fee | $75. Clubs and Association may charge an entry fee for club and association lead-up events. |
| Club House | Any clubhouse fee, up to $5 per day, will be charged to all competing players only for the days present. |
The Winner will receive the Arthur Ross Memorial Event Trophy, donated by the Ross Family and A. D. J. Heenan OBE, which will remain the property of CNZ.

Conditions
- The method of play will be determined once entries have been received. This decision, to be approved by the Tournament Committee, will be based on providing a full tournament’s play for all participants.
- Associations are responsible for submitting the entry and paying the entry fee.
- Double banking as required.
- Time limit of 3 hours plus Law 61 will apply.
- Players and their Associations will be responsible for all their own travel, accommodation arrangements and incidental costs.
- Nominal hoop dimensions will be set to 33/4“.
- Quadway hoops will be used.
